TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest Connecticut State Police arrests out of the Troop C barracks.

MANSFIELD, CT — Mark Dorgan, 27, of Mansfield, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, falsifying a marker plate, an insurance violation, reckless driving, driving while under suspension, driving under the influence, passing in a no-passing zone and a lane violation following a stop on Mansfield City Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Michael LeClaire, 47, of Palmer, MA, was charged with second-degree breach of peace following a disturbance at a gas station on West Road.

Feb. 19

MANSFIELD, CT — Mark Gallup, 37, of Windham, was charged via a warrant with driving an unregistered vehicle, evading responsibility, a lane violation and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a New Year's Day crash on Pleasant Valley Road.

Feb. 20

STAFFORD, CT — Glenda Schlappkohl, 78, was charged with violating a protective order after an incident on East Main Street.

Feb. 21

ELLINGTON, CT — Tracie Trabek, 54, of Groton, was charged via a warrant with larceny of a motor vehicle, first-degree identity theft and third-degree forgery in connection with a vehicle acquisition at a local dealership.

Feb. 22

STAFFORD, CT — Matthew Gwozdecke, 27, of Farmington, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence after a car versus tree crash on Mansfield Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Matthew Lynch, 62, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police following an altercation on Ash Street.
