STAFFORD, CT — Kenneth Dubeil, 37, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree threatening after an incident on Chestnut Hill Road.
UNION, CT — James Desruisseax, 33, of Hyde Park, MA, was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, a lane violation and making a false statement on a warrant in connection with a February crash on Interstate 84.
MANSFIELD, CT — Kari Pashupati, 47, of Mansfield, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence, failure to use a required ignition device and a lane violation after a collision on Stafford Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Anastasia Falon Marie Rivera Silver, 22, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation, first-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police after a stop in Pleasant Valley Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Timothy O'Neill, 49, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a disturbance on Charter Road.
WILLINGTON, CT — Angeline Pavel, 29, of Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police and a lane violation after a stop on Ruby Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Troy Limberger, 29, of Ellington, was charged with driving under suspension, driving under the influence, passing in a no-passing zone, a lane violation, making an improper turn and a stop sign violation after a stop on Frog Hollow Road.
STAFFORD, CT — Liam Brunton, 18, of Willington, along with a 15-year-old were charged with first-degree criminal mischief in connection with a rock-throwing incident at an abandoned building in Stafford.
