ELLINGTON, CT — Landon Barlow, 43, of East Windsor, was charged with eight counts of violating a protective order and four counts of violating a restraining order via a warrant.

WILLINGTON, CT — Nicholas Merigan, 18, of Feeding Hills, MA, was charged with reckless driving after a stop on I-84.
