TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

MANSFIELD, CT — Brian Landry, 58, of Windham, was charged with littering on public property and disorderly conduct after an incident near the Mansfield Petco.

SOMERS, CT — Brittany Palmer, 35, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an incident on Sokol Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Michael Hopko, 36, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order and disorderly conduct on a warrant in connection with a March 4 incident on Village Hill Road.

VERNON, CT — Edward Contreras Jr., 33, of Brighton, MA, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, illegal window tints and second-degree reckless endangerment for a speeding incident on Interstate 84 and with evading the scene of a collision, violation of traffic control signals and interfering with police for a subsequent crash at the intersection of an off-ramp and Route 83.

ELLINGTON, CT — Emily Biyada, 31, of East Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree larceny (2 counts) and fourth-degree larceny for incidents at the Big Y supermarket.

TOLLAND, CT — Erika Cruz, 42, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Clarke Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Louis Marcantonio, 22, of Bethel, was charged with first-degree manslaughter, reckless driving, four counts of first-degree reckless endangerment and failure to maintain the proper lane in connection with a crash on Route 32.

WILLINGTON, CT — Patrice McInnis, 28, of High Point, NC, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny, assault on a public safety officer and second-degree breach of peace following an incient at the Love's truck stop.

SOMERS, CT — Justin Fiske, 31, of Somers, was charged with violating a protective order via a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Christine Noble, 59, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Old Farms Road.

STAFFORD, CT — John Bergmann, 47, of Chatham. MA, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence, improper turns and interfering with police after a crash on West Main Street.

MANSFIELD, CT — James Stephen Gikas, 21, of Newburyport, MA, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after being located asleep in a home in which. he did not belong.

WILLINGTON, CT — Charles Levy, 63, of Middletown, was charged with third-degree ID theft, criminal impersonation and third-degree forgery on a warrant.

March 29

TOLLAND, CT — Charlene Gagliardi, 58, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct via a warrant.

VERNON, CT — Luis M. Santos-Anaya, 31, of Hartford was charged after a traffic stop on I-84 with transporting a child younger than 2 without the proper restraint, driving an unregistered vehicle, falsifying a marker plate, driving without insurance, driving without a license, a tinted window violation, the use of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, the sale of cocaine, the sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance (third offense), risk of injury to a child and second-degree forgery (2 counts).

STORRS, CT — Christopher Sheehan, 54, of Pomfret, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a stop on Storrs Road.

March 30

TOLLAND, CT — Joseph St. Martin, 44, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Crystal Lake Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Katie Shea, 37, of Windham, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Thornbush Road.
