ELLINGTON, CT — Reginald Horne, 63, of Milford, was charged with violating a protective order after an altercation on Pinney Street.

April 23

SOMERS, CT — Matthew Legault, 69, of Somers, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening in connection with an incident on Springfield Road.

April 24

ELLINGTON, CT — A 16-year-old boy was charged with evading responsibility, a lane violation and driving without a license in connection with a New Year's Day crash on Kibbe Road.

April 26

VERNON, CT — Kyle Espute, 24, of Torrington, was charged with misuse of a registration plate, reckless driving (greater than 85 mph), engaging police in a pursuit and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with pursuits on I-84 and a local road in Vernon.
