ELLINGTION, CT — Reginald Horne, 63, of Milford, was charged via a warrant with second-degree threatening and violation of a restraining order.

ELLINGTON, CT — Thomas Morgan, 60, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Abbott Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Peter Griffiths, 35, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and driving while under suspension after an incident on Dockerel Road.

VERNON, CT — Jeffrey Ritchie, 34, of Middletown, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while under suspension, a lane violation and possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Interstate 84.

STAFFORD, CT — Raymond Maines, 39, of Andover, was charged with violation of a protective order in connection with an incident on E. Collette Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Sarah Stuart, 34, of Hartford, was charged via a warrant with second-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny in connection with a March 18 bank robbery in Tolland.

SOMERS, CT — Sheena Brodeur, 37, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an altercation at a Billings Road residence.

MANSFIELD, CT — Sarah Stuart, 34, of Hartford, was charged via a warrant with robbery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree in connection with a March 18 bank robbery in Mansfield.

TOLLAND, CT — Michael Leclaire, 47, of Palmer, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Tolland Stage Road.
