Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State police out of the Troop C barracks.

June 8

STAFFORD, CT — Jamie Vincent Gadbois, 36, of Charlton, MA, was charged with failure to renew registration, reckless driving, evading responsibility, driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and risk of injury to a child in connection with a crash on Orcuttville Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Lyanna Cathcart, 18, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following a disturbance on Shenipsit Lake Road.

June 11

ELLINGTON, CT — Jacob Cawthorn, 30, of Manchester, was charged via a warrant with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, illegal possession of an assault weapon, illegal purchase of a large capacity magazine and illegal carrying a firearm while under the influence.

ELLINGTON, CT — Samyralees Hernandez, 24, of Hartford, and Xavier Lopez, 18, of Hartford, were charged with possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on West Road. Hernandez was also charged with several motor vehicle violations, including an obstructed windshield.

ELLINGTON, CT — Evelyn Gowen, 24, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a disturbance at a local home.

June 12

STAFFORD, CT — Elizabeth MacNell, 40, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and violating a protective order after a disturbance on Gold Street.

SOMERS, CT — Kenneth Matteson, 63, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and violating a protective order after an altercation on Hall Hill Road.

June 13

MANSFIELD, CT — Heather Specyalski, 54. of Ashford, was charged via a warrant with driving under the influence, a lane violation and driving without a license.

MANSFIELD, CT — Nannette Bosh, 58, of Newport, RI, was charged with violating a restraining order via a warrant.

June 15

STAFFORD, CT — Joshua Turcotte, 25, of Hampden, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening in connection with an incident on Orcuttville Road.
