TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Troop C serves Tolland County.

Sept. 20

MANSFIELD, CT — Ryan Pisacano, 18, of Putnam Valley, NY, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree forgery, interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace in Connection with an incident on Stafford Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — John Sandburg, 61, of Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree unlawful restraint following an incident on Egypt Road.

Sept. 23

STAFFORD, CT — Juan Torres, 20, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following a disturbance on Brendan Street.

Sept. 24

STAFFORD, CT — Scott Campbell, 39, of Stafford, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening following a disturbance on Gold Street.

Sept. 25

MANSFIELD, CT — Alexander Cuevas-Mendez, 40, of Windham, was charged with violating a protective order after an incident on Yale Road.

Sept. 26

TOLLAND, CT — Joel Gomez, 41, of Vernon, was charged with interfering with police, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, and third-degree strangulation following an incident on Crystal Lake Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Marcos Cedillo-Barraga was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain the proper lane after state police responded to a report about a disabled vehicle on Storrs Road.

SOMERS, CT — Michelle Cadieux, 38, of Enfield, was charged via a warrant with violating a protective order.

Sept. 28

ELLINGTON, CT — David Garcia, of Las Vegas, NV and Springfield, MA; was charged via a warrant with third-degree larceny in connection with the theft of dirt bikes on Hillside Drive.
