Oct. 6

ELLINGTON, CT — Stephen LaMonde, 30, of Vernon, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle (2 counts), carrying a dangerous weapon, using a motor vehicle without permission, (2 counts), first-degree larceny (2 counts) and third-degree larceny (2 counts) after incidents on Wapping Wood Road and at Dunkin' Donuts.

Oct. 7

WILLINGTON, CT — Jeffrey Cyr, 21, of East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an incident on Luchon Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Kenneth Colon, 34, of Vernon, was charged with third-degree assault via a warrant.

Oct. 11

TOLLAND, CT — Christopher Peck, 29, of Putnam, was charged with driving under the influence, improper parking on a highway, the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance (first offense) following an incident on an I-84 westbound off-ramp.

TOLLAND, CT — Vicente Norberto Torres, 25, of Vernon, was charged after an incident on Ellington Road with evading responsibility, driving under the influence, driving without a license and interfering with police in a connection with an incident on Ellington Road.

Oct. 12

MANSFIELD, CT — Reese Avery Jasminski, 20, of MIlford, was charged with DUI with a BAC of .02 or greater while younger than 21, a lane violation and third-degree forgery after a stop on Royce Circle.
