Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police Out of the Troop C barracks.

Oct. 22

MANSFIELD, CT — Ryan Piscano, 18, of Putnam Valley, NY, was charged via a warrant with third-degree burglary, two counts of third-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace in connection with disturbances along Stafford road on Sept. 20.

Oct. 23

MANSFIELD, CT — Horatio Meyer, 62, of Mansfield, was charged via a warrant with registration, insurance and license violations, along with evading responsibility and and unsafe backing in connection with a crash at the Fenton River Grill on Storrs Road.
