STAFFORD, CT — Andrew Hlobik, 36, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

ELLINGTON, CT — Gregory Salito, 49, of Putnam, was charged with sixth-degree larceny following a stolen beer incident at the local Big Y.

VERNON, CTR — Star Atwood, 26, of Enfield, was charged with evading responsibility, the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance following a crash on Interstate 84.

July 9

UNION, CT — Francisco Bonilla Victor Irving 33, of Bridgeport, was charged with second-degree larceny and Harold Perez, 30, of Bridgeport, was charged with criminal attempt at second-degree larceny after an incident at a business on Buckley Highway.

WILLINGTON, CT — Benjamin. Slocum, 38, of Easton, was charged with reckless driving and engaging police in a pursuit via a warrant.

July 10

VERNON, CT — Francisco Bonilla Victor Irving 33, of Bridgeport, was charged with failure to appear in Court.

STAFFORD, CT — Katie Ann Barnaby, 35, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree computer crime on a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Neal Basinet, 43, of Stafford, was charged with animal cruelty, failure to vaccinate a dog and failure to comply with dog ownership requirements via a warrant.

July 13

VERNON, CT — Robert Hazelton, 41, of Vernon, was charged with first-degree threatening with an attempt to create a hazard or terrorize, threatening to intimidate with bigotry or bias, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening after an incident at a local supermarket.
