ELLINGTON, CT — Ryan Schub, 23, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint in connection with an incident on West Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Adam Toporowski, 43, of Westfield, MA, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and fourth-degree larceny via a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Michael Carter, 30, of Bloomfield, is facing a theft-related charge in the case of an unreturned loaner vehicle from a repair shop in Tolland.

TOLLAND, CT — Henrietta Safranek, 57, of Bolton, and Sean Buchko, 54, of Vernon, were both charged with second-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny after an incident on Kingsbury Avenue.
