ELLINGTON, CT — Laura Prescott, 42, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening in the second degree following a disturbance on Ellington Avenue.

Aug. 21

TOLLAND, CT — Mattew Okonis, 31, of Tolland, was charged with risk of injury to a child, first-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree unlawful restraint via a warrant.

Aug. 22

STAFFORD, CT — Bryan Higgins, 38, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief after an incident on Church Street.
