STAFFORD, CT — Colby Parker, 32, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Park Street.

Aug. 25

ELLINGTON, CT — Pedro Gil, 38, was charged via a warrant with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle,. risk of injury to a child and second-degree assault in connection with a June 2023 incident at the McDonald's parking lot.

Aug. 26

STAFFORD, CT — Ryan Grzesiak, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny and interfering with police after an incident at Tractor Supply.

Aug. 27

STAFFORD, CT — Hanna McAvoy, 24, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with first-degree larceny and making a false statement in connection with a state Department of Social Services investigation.

Aug. 30

MANSFIELD, CT — Angel Mendez, 60, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and risk of injury to a child (two counts) following a stop on Storrs Road.

Aug. 31

ELLINGTON, CT — Cooper Koehnke, 19, of Ellington, was charged via a warrant with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .02 at younger than 21, a lane violation and possession of a controlled substance.
