ELLINGTON, CT — Emily Henderson, 41, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief (public land) and disorderly conduct following an incident on Ladd Road.

Sept. 16
SOMERS, CT — Richard Brown, 43, of Somers was charged after an incident on Watchaug Road with two counts of second-degree assault, two counts of second-degree threatening, and two counts of third-degree strangulation.
STAFFORD, CT — Peter Mercier, 37, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with first-degree possession of child sex abuse material (50-plus images).

ELLINGTON, CT — Benjamin Zarella, 18, was charged with second-degree threatening following an incident on Fairview Avenue.
WILLINGTON, CT — Larry Jarvis, 56, of Willington, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment in connection with an altercation on Willington Hill Road.
WILLINGTON, CT — Margaret Gardner was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault following an incident on Old Farms Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Steven McDonald, 56, of East Hartford, was charged via a warrant with failure to carry the minimum insurance, failure to renew registration, driving unreasonably fast, operating a motor vehicle to endanger an occupant, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, failure to maintain the proper lane and interfering with police.
Sept. 19
ELLINGTON, CT — Matthew Henderson, 34, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child (six counts), disorderly conduct (two counts), third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint following an incident on Ladd Road.
TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — John Sandberg, 61, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree unlawful restraint.
