TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

April 1

MANSFIELD, CT — Freddie Elias, 32, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Gurleyville Road.

SOMERS, CT — Justin Perez, 27, of Springfield, MA, was charged via a warrant with criminal attempt at risk of injury to a child, risk of injury to a child, fourth-degree sexual assault and a related conspiracy and enticing a minor via computer.

MANSFIELD, CT — Sean Flammia, 40, of Waterbury, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident at a gas station on Storrs Road.

April 4

TOLLAND, CT — Genesis Cejas, 30, of New Haven, was charged with reckless driving at greater than 85 mph, engaging police in a pursuit, illegal tinted windows, failure to display lights, second-degree reckless endangerment and traffic control signal violations via a warrant.

April 5

MANSFIELD, CT — Aaron Smith, 31, of Storrs, was charged with interfering with police and disorderly conduct following an incident Marybell Drive.

WILLINGTON, CT — Javier Cardoza, 34, of Norwich, was charged with fifth-degree larceny in connection with an incident at FedEx.
