Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests In Tolland County

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Feb. 9

MANSFIELD, CT — Jonathan Corey, 42, of Plainfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Hill Pond Drive.

Feb. 10

MANSFIELD, CT — Jodi Trottier, 35, of Mansfield, was charged via a warrant with third-degree criminal trespass.

MANSFIELD, CT — Amir Chamanara, 30, of Mansfield, was charged with first-degree criminal attempt at sexual assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, violating a protective order, violating conditions of release, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct via a warrant.

Feb. 11

TOLLAND, CT — Christopher Merideth, 37, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence and driving under the influence (second offense) after a stop on Interstate 84.

Feb. 12

VERNON, CT — Timio Carilli, 21, of Vernon, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to display plates, driving without minimum insurance, reckless driving, failure to obey a stop sign, driving without a license, a tint violation and second-degree reckless endangerment after a traffic stop on Reservoir Road.

Feb. 13

SOMERS, CT — Donovan Rice, 25, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, sixth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault in connection with a car versus pedestrian incident on School Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Pedro Delgado-Morales, 41, of Windham, was charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny, receipt from illegally using a payment card and charging less than $500 on a revoked payment card in connection with a car burglary on Harvey Lane.

Feb. 15

TOLLAND, CT — Stephen Misiura, 29, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a traffic stop on Interstate 84.

Feb. 16

WILLINGTON, CT — Roland Webb, 44, of Willington, was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence after a crash near Exit 71 on Interstate 84 westbound.
