Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests In Tolland County

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

March 4

MANSFIELD, CT — Donovan Perry, 60, of Ashford, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny and Jessica Gessay, 58, of Ashford was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny in connection with a shoplifting incident at the local Price Chopper.

WILLINGTON, CT — Korey Barton, 22, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint in connection with an incident on Ruby Road.

March 7

MANSFIELD, CT — Joshua Robinson, 33, of Chaplin, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, the improper use of a plate, driving without the minimum insurance, driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane, interfering with police and assault on a public safety officer after a crash on Warrenville Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Logan McDonald, 19, of Mansfield, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level greater than .02 while younger than 21 after a stop on Warrenville Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Michele Baxter, 43, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Cisar Road.
