TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

STAFFORD, CT — Heather Kelly, 43, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Westford Avenue.

STAFFORD, CT — Seneca Josey, 27, of Farmington, was charged via a warrant with engaging police in a pursuit, failure to display plates and failure to obey a stop sign. On a separate warrant, she was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without the proper insurance, evading responsibility, a lane violation and the use of drug paraphernalia.

June 3

TOLLAND, CT — Robert James Timothy Shepard, 33, of Tolland, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, the improper use of a plate, driving without the proper insurance, driving while under suspension, failure to keep narcotics in their original container, the use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a dangerous weapon and interfering with police after a stop at the Tolland Xtra Mart.

June 4

TOLLAND, CT — Dantes Rechul, 20, of Phoenix, AZ, was charged with falsifying a plate, possession of cannabis, third-degree forgery and interfering with police after an incident at Fieldstone Commons.

June 5

TOLLAND, CT — Nikki Hutlin, 34, of Norwich, was charged via a warrant with second-degree harassment.

TOLLAND COUNTY, CT — Matthew Joseph Wall, 18, of Coventry, was charged via a warrant with first-degree reckless endangerment, engaging police in a pursuit, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, improper passing, violation of traffic control signals, failure to obey a stop sign, failure to maintain the proper lane and failure to use turn signals.
