Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests In Tolland County

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Aug. 12

STAFFORD, CT — Isaiah Dickson, 23, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault in connection with a July 30 incident.

STAFFORD, CT — Guy Poulin, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree threatening and diroderly conduct following an incident on Chestnut Hill Road.

Aug. 16

ELLINGTON, CT — Carmine Cincotta, 39, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an altercation at a local address.
