Woodstock Agricultural Festival Returns This Weekend for its 155th Year

The four-day festival will feature live music performances, horse shows, pulls, family-friendly activities, chainsaw carving and more.

This weekend the Woodstock Agricultural Society, Inc. will celebrate the 115th annual Woodstock Fair at 281 Norwich Worcester Turnpike, or Highway 169, in Woodstock, Connecticut, according to the event’s website.

Some of the festival’s highlights include animal shows and exhibits, the South Stage Family Fun Center that will feature performances and activities, live music, go-kart racing, rides and more, the website says.

The four-day fair’s overall schedule is as follows:

  • Friday, Sept. 4 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 5 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Sunday, Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Monday, Sept. 7 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

General admission tickets for adults will be sold for $12, tickets for seniors and active military with identification will be sold for $8, and children under the age of 10 are admitted for free, the website says.

Parking can be accessed at the North Gate Lot for $5, the website says.
