Man Wanted In 2022 Felony Burglary Case In Vernon Arrested

VERNON, CT — Vernon police have made an arrest in a two-year-old burglary case.

At 6:47 a.m. Friday, resident troopers in Tolland detained 34-year-old Granby resident Tyler Loren Wierzbowski, who was wanted in connection with a Jan. 18, 2022 burglary case involving the theft of high-grade tools from a home on Pitkin Road in Vernon.

Vernon police picked Wierzbowski up, transported him to the local police department and charged him via a warrant with two felonies — third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.
