Rockville Library Holds AARP 'Con Artist Playbook' Presentation

From CT General Assembly: State Representative Michael Winkler (D-Vernon) has scheduled and is inviting residents to join him at the “Con Artist Playbook” presentation offered by the AARP Fraud Watch Network.

The program takes a look inside the mind of a criminal to learn how to protect yourself and your family against scammers.

The interactive session offers video and audio of actual criminals telling you how they prey upon potential victims.
