Mckinney is scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Jan. 5 Michael Anthony Maston, 30, of 10 Morrison St., was charged on Dec. 22 with third-degree burglary, third-degree conspiracy to commit burglary, causing damage to private property, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and two counts of fourth-degree larceny. Maston was scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on Dec. 22.
