Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests In Tolland County

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

May 12

STAFFORD, CT — Leigh Ann Fratipietro, 35, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault following an incident on Patten Road. A 17-year-old was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct for the same incident.

ELLINGTON, CT — David Mayer, 45, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to appear in court after a disturbance on Meadowbrook Road.

May 13

ELLINGTON, CT — David Godek, 30, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening after an incident on Mountain Street.

May 14

TOLLAND, CT — Lyle Rotondo, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving after a stop on Interstate 84.

TOLLAND, CT — Amanda Kennedy, 46, of Bristol,. was charged with reckless driving, unsafe passing, failure to drive in the proper lane, impeding entry-exit of a limited access highway, failure to yield right of way, failure to obey a stop sign and second-degree reckless endangerment on a warrant in connection with a March road rage incident. Also, for the incident, Kwaniece Watson, 30, of Manchester, was charged with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle to harass or intimidate.

STAFFORD, CT — Raymond Maines, 39, of Andover, was charged with violating a protective order for an incident on East Collette Road.

May 16

MANSFIELD, CT — Raymond Michael Morales-Ramos, 37, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to display lights after a stop in Mansfield.

May 18

WILLINGTON, CT — Brock Silliman, 18, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on River Road.
