Vernon Businessman Named REAP's Artist of The Month

Phil Morgan, owner of RLMG Tattoos in Vernon, was recently named Rough Edges Art Productions' (REAP) Artist of the Month.

REAP is an organization comprised of artists and art lovers who promote local work.

The artistry on display at Morgan's Web site is an "evolution of paintings from the last few years," Morgan said in an article featured on the Hartford Courant Web site. 

"The only common theme is potential energy. Each image is intended to freeze a moment of conflict and convey a sense of impending resolve," he said.
