A Vernon man is one of two men charged in the April fatal shooting of a pregnant woman in Hartford, police announced late last week. Police Thursday charged 24-year-old Mathew Hall-Davis of Vernon and 21-year-old Carlton Bryan of Windsor with "conspiracy to commit murder and other offenses in the death of Shamari Jenkins," <a href="http://www.boston.com/news/local/connecticut/2013/06/07/men-charged-fatal-shooting-pregnant-woman/wWuIVHQFSdvL2TwL5wWDFJ/story.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Boston.com reports</a>.
