Vernon Public Schools Receive Risk Management Achievement Award

Vernon Public Schools are the recent recipient of a 2013 Risk Management Achievement Award.

The district was recognized by the Connecticut Interlocal Risk Management Agency (CIRMA), for "Establishing Risk Management As An Organizational Priority," namely its "decisive response to a sharp increase in the frequency and severity of their Workers’ Compensation losses," according to CIRMA.
