WALLINGFORD, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold in Wallingford, according to the Connecticut Lottery. A Wallingford resident won $10,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket that was sold at Woodhouse Mart LLC at 66 Woodhouse Avenue in Wallingford, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent in accordance with a <a href="https://www.cga.ct.gov/2025/act/Pa/pdf/2025PA-00112-R00SB-01235-PA.PDF" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">new Connecticut law</a>, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
