How do you know this community leader?
I heard Mike speak at an event about his non-profit organization In a Heartbeat and was immensely impressed with his story and dedication to providing Free defibrillators to first responders, organizations and anyone who is in need.

What does this community leader do?
Donates free defibrillators to first responders and any organization/person in need. He also organizes free EKG screenings for children and teens.
Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?
Mike collapsed at age 17 with an undiagnosed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and turned his personal tragedy into a positive by helping others. He is also a motivational speaker and an all around great guy.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?
His hard work and dedication to providing lifesaving defibrillators to those in need.
