WALLINGFORD, CT — The Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel in Wallingford is hitting the auction block next month.

The 116-room hotel, situated on more than 3 acres at 100 Miles Drive in Wallingford, is scheduled for an online auction from April 14-16 on the Ten-X platform.

Fairfield Inn Wallingford underwent a $1.4 million renovation in 2024.

The starting bid is $2.05 million, according to the listing on Ten-X.

“Historically underperforming asset given physical condition, and an owner operator can significantly improve the top line and bottom line cash flow,” the listing states. “Directly off Interstate 91 in Wallingford just north of Downtown New Haven and south of Hartford with access to New York, Boston, and beyond.
