Leaf Collection Details Announced In Wallingford

WALLINGFORD, CT — The Public Works Department will begin its one-time pickup of bagged leaves from Wallingford residences on Monday, Nov. 24.
Residents are asked to have paper bagged leaves at curbside no later than Sunday, Nov. 23.
Officials noted that this is a one-time pick-up and only paper bags are accepted.

Residents can use masking tape or painter’s tape to close the bag, however, duct tape is not acceptable.
Leaves in plastic bags or bags with duct tape will not be picked up, according to officials. Brush in bags WILL NOT be picked up; leaves only, according to officials.
