Obituary: Warren Williams, 87, of Wallingford
Warren, a dedicated dairy farmer and avid auto enthusiast, was always up for an adventure and a true people person.

WALLINGFORD, CT - (From Wallingford Funeral Home) Warren Williams, 87, of Wallingford, died on his farm on April 12, 2022. He is survived by his wife, Penny; his daughters, Ariane Williams-Frederick and Kristine Williams; his stepson, Matt Inconiglios and family; his sister, Kay Owens; his niece Lori Schiebe; and his nephew, Karl Schiebe (Sandy).
Warren lived and farmed his whole life on his family’s dairy farm in Wallingford.
Born to the late Dwight and Frances (Wallace) Williams on September 19, 1934, he grew up helping his father and eventually took over the operation of the farm.
His family, friends and neighbors were an essential part of his life and he never failed to keep track of them. He always found it a pleasure to meet new people.
He loved operating anything, tractors, cars, trucks, motorcycles and even buses. One of his favorite jobs was driving charter buses to the 1964-65 New York World’s Fair.
He was always ready for an adventure which might include a weekend ride with his friend, Babe and other motorcycle buddies to Pennsylvania, New York or New Hampshire.
The rides often included a favorite lunch of Spanakopita at a Greek restaurant.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
