Report: Town Officials Differ on Importance of Video Showing Illegal Dumping
The Meriden Record Journal reports on the controversy over a video shot by Wallingford resident William Comerford.

Wallingford's Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission is scheduled to meet next week, when a town official is expected to report on recent violations by the town's Public Works Department on North Turnpike Road, according to the Meriden Record Journal.
The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has cited the town for illegal dumping, an investigation that stemmed from a video shot by Wallingford resident William Comerford which shows "an oily substance leaching out of piles of waste material" dumped at the site on April 8.
The video is now at the center of a controversy at Town Hall.
