WALLINGFORD, CT — The Sheehan boys lacrosse team’s season came to an end with a 16-9 loss to second-seeded Somers in the CIAC Class S tournament semifinals on Wednesday at the University of Hartford.

The third-seeded Titans had advanced to the semifinals with wins over Valley Regional, 20-5 in the first round, and North Branford, 11-4 in the quarterfinals.
