Wallingford Office Complex Heading To Auction Block: Report

The bidding starts at $1 million for a nearly 289,000-square foot office complex in Wallingford, the New Haven Register reports.

WALLINGFORD, CT — The Wallingford office complex that includes the Connecticut headquarters for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield among its tenants will be put up for auction next month, according to the New Haven Register.

The Register reports the Campus at Greenhill, a nearly 289,000-square foot office complex at 108 Leigus Road, is scheduled for an online auction from April 17-19 on the Ten-X platform.

The three-story complex, which was built in 2012, is situated on 104 acres and currently is 40 percent occupied, according to the listing on Ten-X. The starting bid is $1 million.

The other tenants, in addition to Anthem Blue Cross, include the engineering firm Burns & McDonnell, Liberty Mutual, and Sulzer, a Swiss engineering company, according to the Register.
