The dump truck is currently on its side, local officials said.

WATERFORD - I-95 Northbound is congested between Exits 76 and 82 (1.6 miles) because of Crash (2 Vehicle) between Exits 81 and 82. The left lane is closed. Reported Monday, October 24 at 9:09 am.
Motorists should be aware our fire department is currently working a dump truck vs a passenger vehicle on I-95 Northbound between Cross Road and the weigh scale. Expect delays as the dump truck is on its side in the high speed lane #CtTraffic
