Waterford's concert series kicked off in cowboy boots with a little bit of country and a little bit of rock n roll from local band Branded.
The summer concert series started a week later than originally planned because the first event was rained out. But though a few storm clouds appeared toward the end of the show, the weather cooperated on Wednesday.
