Looking for something to do this weekend? Here are some shoreline events taking place from Aug. 9 to Aug. 11 throughout the area.

Looking for something to do this weekend? You won't have to travel far. It's Waterford Week! The fun starts on Saturday with a packed schedule of events for the whole family to enjoy. Here's the lineup:
- Pupstravaganza at Dog Park 10-2 p.m.
- Parade 3:30 p.m. Rte. 156 to Route 213
- Family Evening at the beach 5-10pm with Touch a Truck, Music, Hot Air balloon rides.
- Fireworks at 9 p.m.
The fun continues on Sunday with a 5 Mile Road Race at Waterford Beach at 8:25am. and Trivia Night at Filomena’s at 6:00pm ($25 per person) presented by the Waterford Historic Tile Mural Committee.
