Get Revved Up For Independence Day at Waterford Speedbowl
Wacky races and a motor cycle stunt show are all part of the festivities at Waterford's race track July 3. The fireworks show will be on July 31.
Waterford Speedbowl is turning its Wild and Wacky Wednesday race night into a fun-filled celebration of Independence Day on July 3. There will be all the racing action you've come to expect with Legend Cars, Twin Bandoleros, Super X Cars and X Cars roaring around the track, plus a whacky race to entertain the whole family and a motorcycle stunt show.
Unfortunately, there will be no fireworks though. Due to circumstances beyond the Speedbowl's control, the fireworks originally scheduled for July 3 had to be postponed until July 31. On the bright side, that just gives you another reason to return to the track at the end of the month!
The grandstands open at 5:30 p.m., with races beginning at 7 p.m. Tickets are just $8 and youth 14 and under are free! You can buy tickets online on July 3 until 2 p.m. or you can buy them at the gate.
