The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership is committed to achieving oral health equity. Our mission is to enable all HUSKY Health members to achieve and maintain good oral health.

Sandra Rodriguez: Since 2008


Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Sandra Rodriguez: The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership works to ensure all HUSKY Health (Medicaid) members have equitable access to oral health services. We Care About Your Dental Health.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to members?
Sandra Rodriguez: Brush and floss daily and be sure to visit your dentist 1-2 times a year for preventative cleanings and assessments. Your oral health and your overall health are connected in many ways. Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Sandra Rodriguez: Providing continuous education and information on the importance of maintaining good oral health.

Sandra Rodriguez: The CT Dental Health Partnership has a friendly, talented and caring team of Member Services Representatives, Community Engagement Specialists, and Oral Health Navigators who work hard daily to help over 1 million CT residents get the oral health care they need.
