Paul Concordia, 19, of 10 Beacon Hill Drive, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct (fight or violent behavior).
Christian McDonough, 19, of 99 West Thames Street, Norwich, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possession of a controlled substance (hallucinogen/4 oz of marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of a controlled substance, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
July 17, 2013
Yancarlos Sanchez, 19, of 24 Cedar Grove Avenue, New London, was charged with misuse of plates, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification, and failure to display or improper use of plates.
July 18, 2013
Melanie Donbrosky, 25, of 80 Maple Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Danny Vandergrift, 28, of 80 Maple Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
