July 18, 2013
Erik Williams, 23, of 92 Summer Street, New London, was charged with evading (property damage), insurance coverage failed minimum requirements, passing on the right and defective brakes.
July 19, 2013
James Besade, 27, of 355 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged with failure to appear in the first degree.
Christina Benjamin, 32, of 17 Maple Avenue, Uncasville, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended/revoked, and with use of a cellphone while driving.
Xiomara Baez, 27, of 272 Branford Avenue, Groton, was charged with failure to have minimum required insurance coverage.
Melanie Fowler, 33, of 35 Converse Place, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
July 20, 2013
Melvin Thomas, 55, of 11 12th Street, Norwich, was charged with shoplifting.
July 21, 2013
Joseph Steele, 54, of 156 Boston Post Road, East Lyme, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and with interfering with a police officer (simple assault).
James Sebastian, 37, of 11 Governor Winthrop Boulevard, New London, was charged with breach of peace.
Michelle Williams, 28, of 8 Wilcox Court, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass in the first degree.
