July 24

Steven Young, 22,Β of 44 Bentley Avenue, Norwich,Β was charged with failure to appear in the first degree and failure to appear in the second degree.Β 

Jason Bruno, 35, of 310 Boston Post Road, Waterford,Β was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing.Β 

July 25

Mark Long, 41, of 517 Boston Post Road, Waterford,Β was charged with a stop sign violation, with speeding, and with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.Β 

Erika Marotto, 36, of 35 Crouch Street, Groton,Β was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and with operating under suspension (alcohol-related).

Joshua Pope, 31, of 12 James Avenue, Quaker Hill, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, criminal violation of a protective order (threatening or trespassing) and with disorderly conduct.

Joan Grillo, 67, ofΒ 141 Sheraton Lane, Norwich,Β was charged with operating a motor vehicleΒ without insurance and without registration.Β 

Desiree Degrasse, 30, of 25 Hidden Acres Road, Uncasville, was charged with failure to obey a traffic signal and with possession of a controlled substance/<4oz of marijuana.

July 26

Eric Emmons, 30, ofΒ 91 Longview Drive, Naugatuck,Β was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics).Β 

Alan Brisson, 60, of 1558 A Route 85, Oakdale, was charged with misuse of plates.Β 

Stephen Deluca, 43, of 216 Highrock Road, Groton, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane andΒ operating a motor vehicle when license or registration has been refused/suspended/revoked.

Richard Longo, 46, of 6 East Road, Niantic, was charged with failure to have tail lamps andΒ operating a motor vehicle when license or registration has been refused/suspended/revoked.

July 27

Giancarlo Rivera-Ortiz, 35, of 196 Central Avenue, Norwich, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree.

Tathiana Lema, 40, of 6 Franklin Street, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).Β

Paul Jennings, 34, ofΒ 30 Kamaha Street, Groton, was charged withΒ operating a motor vehicle when license or registration has been refused/suspended/revoked, failure to drive in the proper lane, and possession of drug paraphernalia.Β 

Michael Delossantos, 20, of 15 Memory Lane, Waterford,Β was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.Β 

Jon Klimkoski, 38, of 448 Boston Post Road, Waterford,Β was charged with use of a cellphone while driving and with operating a motor vehicle when license or registration has been refused/suspended/revoked.

July 30

John Crane, 19, of 240 Hempstead Street, New London,Β was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).

Eric Donovan, 25, of 34 Hickory Lane, Waterford, was charged with failure to appear in the first degree.Β 

Alexander Esteves-Rosado, 25, ofΒ 7 Sunniecrest Drive, Waterford, was charged with failure to illuminate rear plate, failure to have insurance that meets minimum requirements, misuse of plates, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.Β 

James Dubay, 25, ofΒ 31 Quarry Road, Waterford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, and use of a cellphone while driving.Β
