July 11, 2013
Ryan O'Connor, 36, of 13 North Road, Waterford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics); possession of drug paraphernalia; unauthorized manufacture/sale of drugs involving minors; interfering with a police officer (nonassaultive).
O'Connor was also charged on July 9 with operating a motor vehicle when registration and/or license has been suspended or revoked; with evading (serious injury/physical injury/or property damage) and with failure to drive in the proper lane.
Sarah Cuff, 20, of 10 Carolina Drive, Oakdale, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics).
July 10, 2013
Davide Rodriguez-Luna, 19, of 57 Alger Place, New London, was charged with possession of narcotics (only in original container).
James Rix, 31, of 12 Denver Court, Groton, was charged with breach of peace (fight capable of causing minor injury).
July 9, 2013
Kylea Paradis, 20, of 25 Avery Court, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Olivia Barki, 18, of 12 Prentice Street, Taftville, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Jacqueline Monteiro, 18, of 47 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Jacqueline O'Leary of 29 Bundy Hill Road in Lisbon was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
July 8, 2013
Daniel Collins, 20, of 37 Avery Lane in Waterford was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and with failure to stay in the proper lane.
