Police Blotter: Drugs and Disorderly Conduct In Waterford

July 13, 2013
Troy Baransky, 40, of 423 Howe Avenue, Sheldon, was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, with failure to stay in the proper lane, with possession of a controlled substance/<4 ounces of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sean Breslin, 25, of 44 Naragansett Avenue, Westerly, RI, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (narcotics) and with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jose Ibarra-Viveros, 22, of 175 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint in the first degree, strangulation in the second degree, threatening, and assault in the third degree (minor injury or intent to cause injury).
Melanie Fulton, 35, of 8 Cove View Drive, Quaker Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct.
James Crompton, 44, of 8 Cove View Drive, Quaker Hill, was charged with disorderly conduct.
July 14, 2013
Timothy Martin, 23, of 135 Hawthorne Drive, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
Shameekia Flanders, 31, of 48 Crystal Avenue, New London, was charged with larceny in the 6th degree (shoplifting).
