Waterford Police Logs: April 29 to May 3

Apri 29
Isiah Brown-Moses, 22, of 43 Bloomingdale Rd, was charged at 5:39 p.m. with two counts of driving when registration or license is refused, suspend or revoked, driving without insurance and failure to have stop lamps or turn signals.
John Battista, 48, of 8 Seabreeze Dr, was charged at 12:08 p.m. with violation of probation.
April 30
Kamaal Lowen, 25, of 801 Vauxhall St, was charged at 5:06 p.m. with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.
Krisha Corson, 31, of 8 Graham St, was charged at 4 a.m. with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
May 3
Robert Winston, 27, of 129 Broadway St, Norwich, was charged at 2:45 a.m. with criminal impersonation, speeding and driving a motor vehicle in violation of license qualification.
George Sawicki, 33, of 938 Rt. 85, was charged at 3:55 a.m. with disorderly conduct.
