Waterford South 11/12 Finish First in District 10

On July 8, Waterford South ALLSTARS beat New London (17-4) in a game called early due to the Mercy Rule to end up First Place in District 10 Pool A Baseball Play.

In an entire team effort, including outstanding support/play from Waterford South Non-Starters (Nathan Landon, Shane Beckloff, Daniel Annibalini and Bobby Silva), the Waterford South 11/12 were able to overpower New London and finish Pool Play 4-0.

In a Semi-Final Game, (winner moves onto the District 10 Finals) Waterford South (4-0) is scheduled to play the Second Place Team out of Pool B (Mystic - 3-1) at the Waterford North Field at 5:30 on Wednesday, July 10.  

In the another Semi-Final Game, Pawcatuck/NS - Winner of Pool B (4-0) will play East Lyme Second Place Team out of Pool A (3-1) in New London at 5:30 on Wednesday, July 10.

The Winners of the Semi-Final Games will then play a best of three series, Friday, July 12; Saturday, July 13; and Sunday, July 14, (if needed). Friday's game starts at 5:30 at the Waterford North Complex.
