Motorcyclist Killed In I-84 Crash: Police

Anyone who saw the incident or drove through the area in a dashcam-equipped vehicle around the time of the crash is asked to contact police.

WEST HARTFORD, CT — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash Saturday afternoon on Interstate 84 in West Hartford, according to police.

Joey Antoine Roldan, 43, of East Hartford, was traveling west on the interstate east of Exit 40 when he lost control of his Suzuki motorcycle, which fell over and separated from Roldan, police said. Both Roldan and the motorcycle came to an uncontrolled rest in the left shoulder, with the vehicle partially in the left lane, according to police, who said Roldan was pronounced dead at the scene.
