JUNE 24

Melamud, Mikhail, 32, of 39 Bannan Lane, Berlin: Charged with criminal violation of a restraining order. Bond $45,000.

JUNE 23

Liss, James Edward, 59, of 372 North St., Windsor Locks: Charged with fifth-degree larceny. Bond $1,500.

Blackwyn, Shawn, 35, of 65 Foley St., West Hartford: Arrested at 65 Foley St.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,500.

Zenkevicius, Arnoldas, 22, of 154 Richard St., Newington: Arrested at 905 Farmington Ave.; charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

JUNE 22

Burgos, Jose, 24, of 159 Cole St., Berlin: Charged with driving under the infleuence. Bond $500.

Hurrie, Brian A., 41, of 150 Coppermill Rd., Wethersfield: Arrested at South Main St./Boulevard; charged with failure to obey control signal, operation while under the influence. Bond $500.

JUNE 21

Clark, CHase Augustus, 29, of 17 Noble Ave., Noank: Charged with illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

JUNE 20

Henry, Cieratiye, 26, of 34 Levesque Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at 34 Levesque Ave.; charged with second-degree failure to appear. Bond $2,000.

Pare, Jay J., 40, of 10 Sioux Rd., East Hartford: Charged with two counts first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny. Police said Pare was arrested on a warrant after having stolen knives and watches from REI on May 7, 2013. He had been previously warned not to return to the store, police said. Bond $5,000.

JUNE 19

Interiano-Mateo, Karla O., 36, of 90 Catherine St., Hartford: Arrested at 1445 New Britain Ave.; charged with criminal impersonation, second-degree forgery, fifth-degree larceny. Bond $75,000.

Podgwaite, Kurt, 41, of 996 Sperry Rd., Cheshire: Charged with first-degree breach of peace on the strength of a valid arrest warrant. Bond $2,500.

Macri, Gianpietro, 29, of 22 Lakeview Dr., Farmington: Arrested at Kane St./I-84; charged with failure to display plate/sticker, illegal possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $2,500.

Sheikh, Amina, 32, of 127 Hillcrest Ave., Apt. B, West Hartford: Charged with risk of injury/impairing morals. Police said Sheikh was arrested after her 4-year-old child was found wandering the neighborhood and brought to the outreach center by other children who found him. Bond $5,000.

JUNE 18

Candelas, Luis M., 21, of 74 Abbotsford Ave., West Hartford: Arrested at Newington Rd./Sampson St.; charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/sale of prescription, illegal possession, operating with a suspended/revoked license, failure to signal/restricted turn. Bond $15,000.

Tran, Tu A., 22, of 91 Cumberland Rd., West Hartford: Arrested at 2658 Albany Ave.; charged with two counts failure to keep drugs in original container, two counts illegal possession of a hallucigen, two counts possession of controlled substance. Bond $5,000.

Harris, Deon, 22, of 70 Kane St., Apt. C, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.

Lazarus-Thomas, Kerri A., 19, of 90 Kane St., Apt. C6, West Hartford: Charged with second-degree breach of peace. Bond $5,000.
